It is with great pleasure and happiness that I am sending you this message to let you know that I appreciate you very much. I am very grateful for all the coaching you have given to me throughout my career. You have always been a great support to me and an inspiration. You always taught me to believe in myself, that I can do more, even when I did not believe in myself. And once again, a very big thank you to you. In 2020, when I had to decide about a career change, it was like my world was breaking down. You gave me give me courage and endurance. You told me I can succeed, and you stood by me throughout this career change. So, the position and career shift that I thought would be nightmare, has turned out to be the best thing for me because of your coaching. I am pleased to inform you that since I was appointed as Human Resource Director in January 2021 coming from a finance background, 2021 was the best year for the employee experience and I was recognized for best performance. This recognition is is not for me. I am dedicating these accolades to you. It was through your guidance and direction that I am able to do what I am doing today. I know there are so many people out there who will be in my situation, and you will be able to reach out to them to tap into them so that they can realize their potential. I never knew coming from finance I will be a successful human resource director. But thanks to your coaching and guidance, I made the transition.
